Real estate: Boston Housing Price Analysis using R

For Real estate project, I constructed statistical analysis pipeline on Boston housing data using R, including exploratory analysis, hypothesis tests and predictive modeling to study the causality and forecast the housing prices in Boston. I analyze house price indices and forecasts, distressed property valuation models, rent risk models and credit risk models for subprime borrowers as well as real estate performance, risks, and opportunities.
